A Spanish chef who trained in some of the best restaurants in the world has declared he is “at war” to get more people making tapas at home.

Omar Allibhoy, hailed as the “Antonio Banderas of cooking” by Gordon Ramsay, said he was astonished by the lack of Spanish cooking in the UK.
