This sobrasada is produced in the traditional way in air-dried sausages and made from selected pork meat, seasoned with salt, paprika and black pepper. When cured it is vacuum packed in these practical terrines in order to longer preserve the taste and aroma.
Great spread on toasted bread and grilled with manchego cheese and honey. Gluten free and a great source of vitamins.
