This is a spreadable paté made from meat, liver, lard from ibérico pork, with the addition of salt, spices, nutmeg and pepper.
Tasting notes
It is normally eaten spread on toast; it has a smooth texture and a certain aroma of spices. It is also used in a variety of culinary creations.
Presented in a 70g compact block, it has a creamy, firm, fresh, smooth texture and a brownish-pink tone with a slight flavour of liver.
