Ibérico cebo ham on the bone (avg 8.2kg)
The ibérico de cebo ham comes from pigs of the ibérico breed crossed with Duroc.
Cured for a minimum of 28 months in the natural cool air of the Segovia mountains by MONTE NEVADO.
Tasting note: The meat is deep red & marbled. Smooth fat and low melting point. Very aromatic with a long-lasting flavour, and a creamy, melting sensation in your mouth.
Weight varies but 8.2kg is the average
